ARRY-380 is an orally active, reversible and selective ErbB-2 inhibitor. In multiple preclinical tumor models, ARRY-380 was well tolerated and demonstrated significant dose-related tumor growth inhibition that was superior to Herceptin and Tykerb (lapatinib). Additionally, in these models, ARRY-380 was well tolerated and additive for tumor growth inhibition when dosed in combination with the standard of care therapeutics Herceptin or Taxotere (docetaxel).

Interesting, yet I do not see it listed anywhere in its pipeline

The 2 prostate cancer trials should provide a definitive answer on cabo’s clinical value in terms of survival and pain. There is a debate on whether their bone effect is real, i think it is.

I m not following astx and dyax closely.

Arry-380- the flexion drug serves as a clinical proof of concept for p38 inhibition. Arry380 is given systemically so it remains to be seen whether the drug reaches the tissue in sufficient concentration.

They just put it in phase I so preliminary data should be available next year.

Alex- haven’t heard much about YMI recently.in order to stay relevant they have to start p3 as soon as possible.

Rick- any head to head trial vs. Sutent is a step in the right direction. I am still not excited with tivo but am less negative than i was going into ASCO.
